Dr. Bailey is a native of Pennsylvania and now happily lives in beautiful Northeast Tennessee with his wife and two daughters. As a pain medicine physician, he has a particular interest in caring for the elderly and patients who have developed chronic pain as the result of a traumatic injury. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking outdoors with his family and Australian Shepherd, Marcy, as well as skiing, snorkeling, and eating exotic food in exotic places.

Dr. Bolling enjoys walking and hiking with her greyhound, listening to music and attending concerts, cooking, traveling, watching movies, riding roller coasters, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Holly Broadwater, F.N.P.

Holly Broadwater received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Carson Newman College.
She is board certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse from A.N.C.C.
Before joining Pain Medicine in August of 2003, Holly worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Room of a local hospital.

Cheryl Conrad, N.P.

Cheryl Conrad received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL.
Ms. Conrad has experience in a variety of settings including emergency, urgent care, corrections and family practice prior to joining Pain Medicine Associates in February 2006.
She is a veteran of the United States Army Nurses Corps

Shannon Hollowell, F.N.P

Shannon Hollowell holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.
Shannon received her board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in April 2002 from the A.N.C.C. She has clinical experience in critical care, post anesthesia care and has worked over the past two years as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a local neurosurgical group.
Shannon enjoys travel, outdoor sports and spending time with her family

Ben Meeks, F.N.P

Benjamin Meeks is a Johnson City native and began his professional career at East Tennessee State University, graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. He obtained real world addiction experience while a nurse at Woodridge Hospital.
He completed his Master of Science at University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner in 1997, and was inducted into the national academic honor society for nursing, Sigma Theta Tau and was a National Health Service Core Fellow.
He has worked in the fields of pain management and psychiatry since his graduation from the University of Tennessee and is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management.

Before joining Pain Medicine Associates in 2021, Rhonda worked in the ICU step-down , surgical ICU and ICU at VA Medical Center and was awarded the Wellmont Critical Care Nurse of the Year. She also worked in the field of Neurology.
She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
Rhonda was born and raised in east Tennessee. She is married and has three children and one son-in-law.
